I know I promised not to post on this thread till friday(when I expected DELL to crash again), but I am celebrating a little
early. I have covered my short at 79. I am VERY delighted with such
a quick profit and I don't want to wait till DELL hits 50(the drop
was too quick) and I don't want to be greedy.

The DELL longs, PLEASE PLEASE buy back on the dips. Take it up to
89 again. Don't worry about Barrons and the MMs. They are just
trying to spook you into selling. Remember, the stock market and
especially DELL ONLY goes up. This time use full margin. There is
no way you can get a margin call, since DELL can't POSSIBLY go further
down than 76(this is a rule).

Just a suggestion. Think cpq, hwp or intc. These are quality companies.

p.s. sorry for being a lil mean.

Jim: I think some of the big guys will do like monday and jump on board at these prices and push the price back up.I look for dell to rest between 80-85 over the next few days "when the smoke settles. What may be hard to figure out is...The short term traders- trading on these swings-causing this stock to swing all over the place. It seems like the last 45 min of trading is the wildest part of the day. I've made my decision to just play some soft jazz thru out the day and remain as still as I can. Monday was a great learning exsperience on how to deal with the swings"sit still "<gg>. We know dell is one of the best companies in the world to invest in so what more can we ask for.
