Bush was a horrible public speaker without a prompter; so is Obama.

OTOH, whatever Bush said you could take to the bank. He was truthful. Obama is a liar.

I'd rather hear a truthful speech by Bush, no matter how tedious, than to hear Obama stand up and lie for an hour.
