Explain how Obama is going to implement this without increasing the national debt by "one dime."

There is only one way: He's got to lie about it. Lie about the price tag. Lie about the content of the bill. Something has to give.

The good news is we're only dealing with 30 Million uninsured now, rather than the 47 million they've been telling us about for months.
