Most Americans did not seem to support Porkulus Our government, in which so many trust so much, pushed through the bailouts and the huge energy tax as if they were extreme emergencies. There was no time for debate... indeed, there was no time even to read the bills. And it clearly looks like in most cases they are winging it, from A to Z. They have no blessed clue what they are doing. They are inventing it all as they go. The idea is simple -- "Don't just sit there... go and spend a trillion or two".
