Dear Mr. Pink: Thanks for your reply. I just got the solicitation statement and 8-K for Aegis Realty. Does it bother you that this is an advised REIT, rather than a self-administered one? Please forgive my ignorance, but it appears that at the current price, shares are selling at a deep discount to the $14.90 net asset value. Also, the debt at 7% is a joke. The solicitation statement is 240 pages long, what are the most important things that I should look for? Thanks again for your reply, and looking forward to more Pink wisdom! Andrew
