The Government has already decided who can and who cannot afford health insurance. Those that cannot afford it qualify for Medicaid. Those who don't qualify for Medicaid are expected to pay for it themselves. If they don't pay for it themselves, that is their choice and I don't understand why the liberals cry their eyes out over such people. If the Government suddenly thinks that the number of people who can't afford Medicaid is everybody, then change the Medicaid rules.
