TPI declared today a quarterly cash dividend of $0.025 to be paid to its share holders of record as of Oct 30, to be distributed on Dec 10.

TPI also said that it is now eligible to become an S-3 filer which is reserved for companies on a listed exchange that have filed all required reports on a timely basis during the past twelve months.<g>

The stock opened with a small UG. It needs to close above the resistance at $4 before it can re-test the Sep 22 H at $4.37

It closed last Yr. with 100% improvement on earnings in each of the last 2Qs. and the EE for the current Yr. are for earnings of $0.54 (a 45% improvement vs. 2009) which at the target of $5 would mean a P/E < 5

Will have to wait and see how the 1stQ (Sep) results come out.
If they are good, the stock could be making another all time H.<g>
