Trolling is always off topic. Most people know that I am very light on the ban button. You however make the third ban in 24 hours I have been forced to administer. I believe this also happens to be the third in well over a year. From the header: "Delusional ramblings, insults, bullying and trolling are always off topic and can be grounds for time outs or bannishment." You qualifed by posting over twenty times in a very short period of time without engaging in rational debate.
