I didn't hear it personally but my husband caught a blip about a buyout. Said AAM was up 2 when he heard it and the company that was buying was down 4 - This was on CNBC - unfortunately by the time he realized it was AAM they were through talking - I just came on expecting to find out the whole story and there is only 1 post asking why it went up - besides earnings were good - SO WHERE IS EVERYBODY???

What I don't understand is that aam reported earnings twice in the past few weeks.As to a buyout it was a rumor since nothing happened.You need to be an expert for this one.Good Luck.
