Hi pltodms. I don't like steeping in front of Jim like this, nor do I usually pigeon-hole applicants in this manner, but I'm told that Round One included quite a few harebrained schemes. Maybe Round Two will reveal an equal number that are birdbrained. You never know until they're posted. Baboons, I've also been told, have been queuing up for Round Three, but we now learn that Round Three may never happen. FAC ------
