LOL! (Shorty... there are - literally - more then a hundred bills that have been proposed in this session on the health care matter. But it hardly makes your point to refer to any of the ones which AIN'T gonna ever pass, nor the ones which the President has clearly stated that he will never sign. any bill that makes it to the President's desk for his signature will have clear legal prohibitions against taxpayer funds going to subsidize non-legal residents.)
