Ivan, about IMES. No official release about SGS Thomson but it is mentioned in the S-1 filing. I searced through STM's filings and found no mention of the the relationship with IMES, so it's not a big deal for them. I did find that the STM won through a law suit Intel licensing, which expires in 1998. There is a small window of opportunity for IMES to come to market with a viable product and it will have competition from the big chip makers. Very risky stock. Sergio
