Relax, the cholesterol and the squalenes are not out to get you. Your body can handle both quite easily. In fact your body is constructed in large part out of cholesterol and substances it make from squalene.

Taking in extra cholesterol is not the typical cause of high cholesterol unless you have a genetic defect called hypercholesterolemia.

My Grandfather shocked his colleagues by eating four fried eggs each morning, full-fat cottage cheese for lunch, and a steak for dinner - and had the lowest cholesterol level among the staff at his hospital. But he didn't eat sugar or refined carbohydrates.

You don't need to be embarrassed, stressed, or fearful. Just relax.
