It is fair to say that the President surrounds himself with fascists, communists, and racists.

"Judge me by the people who surround me." Barrack Hussein Obama, 2007

BOISE, Idaho - When police officer Darryll Dowell is on patrol in the southwestern Idaho city of Nampa, he'll pull up at a stoplight and usually start casing the vehicle. Nowadays, his eyes will also focus on the driver's arms, as he tries to search for a plump, bouncy vein.

"I was looking at people's arms and hands, thinking, 'I could draw from that,'" Dowell said.

It's all part of training he and a select cadre of officers in Idaho and Texas have received in recent months to draw blood from those suspected of drunken or drugged driving.

was that EtOH or OTOH?

;o)

this will be great. if you are even suspected of a DUI, if you look sleepy, groggy, tired, or if the cop just thinks you look suspicious, you can get a needle stuck into your arm, by a non medical professional.

...............

also in the news, possible legislature for blow devices in all cars. doubt america will tolerate that, but the manufacturers of the blow device would make a fortune!, just like the air bag manufacturers and the seat belt manufacturers!

heck, when you get pulled over all should get their blood drawn, hair tested for cocaine use, mandatory HIV testing and a urinalysis, as well as a check if everyone has had their flu shot, proof of car and health insurance, as well as proof of circumcision.
