Francis, you're right. I shouldn't hold a grudge. Have to admire his perseverance. There was a disappointing interview with Ch.Schwab [thanks, Iceberg!] on the web jam. He suggests coming in to the branch office <groan>. Excerpt... SCHWAB: Well, there's a couple things. Certainly, our customers who want to come in by Internet -- we have capability for about 10,000 simultaneous sessions in any given moment. Maybe that should be 15,000. Maybe it should be more than that.
