Yep BMI 25.1 right now.. @ 180 lbs.. My winter skiing weight SB sub 170 but I've noticed to my chagrin that the walking was not losing the weight this time.. Normally I can drop down to 165-168 pretty easily which is where I like to be by Christmas for the ski season..

Pulse.. I'm consistently 65ish rarely out of 60-72 range..

my problem seems more to be the diastolic BP.. regularly upper 90s to lower 100s even when systolic only printing 130s.. so maybe the CCB may help that aspect.. we shall see.. I agree on the 125 pulse.. that would really scare me but it seems yours is typically higher than mine ? Even 90ish would be high for me.. I've only been abusing my body for 53 years :o) although I certainly did abuse it.. some of my pass times were mitigating factors I guess..
