I am telling the truth.

The personnel of the company have had a history of making false announcements.

And claim jumping.

I have no axe to grind except for the fact that their false announcements with respect to KWG and Spider Resources came co-incident with their rip off of my idea to stake around the Victor Pipe which I had found in the assessment files of Timmins as a hypabyssal kimberlite in 1987, filed by DeBeers. I knew that such a pipe filed and kept by DeBeers had to contain diamonds, as why else keep the claim? I even guess its grade which was purely circumstantial. That in itself is a story that goes back to 1968 and makes the James Bond movies seem boring by comparison.

When I brought them the idea in 1994, with the proviso that I get 1% smelter return for their funding the staking and I get the staking, they partnered with Ashton mining, sold the idea to them for the same deal, and gave the staking to a neighbour of mine Mike Peplinski who even refused to hire me when I applied to him for work! When they screw they turn it tight. It was Brewster, Gauthier from Montreal and Jim Tilsely, who did the rip. Tilsely is a strange character. He was a U of T professor who warned me that the KWG people were "mean and nasty as cat piss and would never sign a confidentiality". But said it was worth a shot and he would put it front of their board. Within one week Ashton had stopped talking to me, and they started the staking expedition. Ashton never returned a phone call after that. It was so monstrous that I thot dark thoughts of personal revenge. but I demurred. They say dig two graves when you embark on that path. Probably true. I never feared they were backed by the mafia but you never know.

The excuse was they were involved with Don McKinnon on a promotion years before which followed Mousseau Tremblay, MR. Diamond who had predicted the diamond deposits of James Bay back in 1963 in his famous paper on diamonds in drift in Michigan. They had found diamonds supposedly brought to them by Indians near McFauld's Lake. Trouble was the diamonds had facets in them that they said they found! They had never stopped to realize that there were rough diamonds in nature and faceted diamonds which man made! It was a phony promotion in the right area. So they would not sign off on anomalies I had found which were lifted from the work of Laurie Reed, a geophysicist who first had these things drilled in the Squirrel River area back in the 70's. The idea was they stood out in the sediments of that area, like they did (the magnetic anomalies) in Kirkland Lake in the highly altered volcanics.

The diamond story had much more to it. I worked looking for diamonds for SELCO, the owner of DeBeers in 1980 in BC. Nearby was working a guy who was finding kimberlite in the mts. of BC, a Charles Fipke. He wrote a 1000 page report at that time on the diamond potential of Canada for the CDN government. I had a copy. Then he went into the Mackenzie mountains and with Hugo Dummet's money from Superior Oil out of South Africa, he began to follow a pyrope train. The Russians were the largest miner of gem diamonds in the world at the time. They were eyeing Canada too, but the cold war prevented them from participating in the search. About 4 years earlier I had studied their infrared photos of the taiga revealing kimerblites. I was at Haileybury School of Mines at the time. That was 33 years ago.

You work all your life to pursue a dream, and crooks dangling nickels and dimes steal it. Nice. Then they call you a scumbag. You read the comic books and believe who the crooks want you to believe. That is because as Jack Nicholson said, "you can't handle the truth." If you could I guess you would back the people who know the stuff, instead of the whores who steal it.

Don't invest in EC. Why? Because they don't deserve it. Plain and simple. Give your money to charity instead.
