There is only a brief period of time when poverty can be overcome. Out of these short periods poverty is the rule.

WEALTH
• Sudden boom cycle.
• Extracting wealth from others.
• Spending savings from past generation
• Demographic Window period

POVERTY
• Sudden bust cycle.
• Drying up source of wealth taken from others.
• Drying up savings from past generation
• Out of Demographic Window period

Study poverty. It is the rule rather than exception.
