Did VV give a cautionary newsletter before the selloffs? Have you
been looking at the generated short picks?


They were cautionary but nothing to the extent the market dropped.
This week they are mildly optimistic.

Here are some scans just done on end of week ratings. Let's see how
they do. First figure is Friday close, second figure is VV Value.

They've been cautionary for two months. Only 11% of their database has buy signals. Since they use a thirteen-week moving average crossover signal, they lag. Once the indexes failed to hold the 50-day moving average on the Friday before the 500-point drop, most stocks were in trouble. That was the last safe time to sell.
