remember those laws were probably made in the 20s, 30s or earlier when the majority of people gave birth at home.

someone posted an article a couple of months ago on how to get a cert of birth in Hawaii in 1961.

there were 3-4 easy ways to get one and you didn't even have to have the kid with you and you didn't have to be the mom

it's a cert of birth, not a birth certificate.

Obama has only release a photo copy of a cert of birth, not his birth certificate
