But ACORN chief organizer Bertha Lewis issued a written statement Saturday saying that while she cannot defend the actions of the workers who were terminated, O'Keefe may have committed a "felony" with his operation. She also threatened legal action against FOX News, which aired the videos but did not produce them. "It is clear that the videos are doctored, edited, and in no way the result of the fabricated story being portrayed by conservative activist 'filmmaker' O'Keefe and his partner in crime. And, in fact, a crime it was -- our lawyers believe a felony -- and we will be taking legal action against Fox and their co-conspirators," she said. More evidence the ACORN attorney masquerading as teleprompter in chief needs to be impeached.

YOu know nothing. African American's know who has been their friends and who have been their enemies. Liberal democrats. Reason Obama is a liberal. All downtrodden peope know that much. YOu don't seem tot though. Take one prgram. Afirmative action. For 400 years african Americans were either slaves (illegal to even teach them to read) or endured segregation. So dems are for affirmative action to help them get a leg up. Blacks appreciate that and what the liberal democrats did to force integration in the 60's. That is why they vote for dems. Republicans vote against affirmative action every time. Now why would a black person vote for soemone who has not een nice to them and is killing the programs that help them? Well, they don't, over 90% vote for dems because they are their friends. African Americna knws exacty who their friends and enemies are. Just today Jim Clyburn told the press not ot let this Joe wilson crap stand! He s a pretty big black leader.
