USA is behind Mexico in public health care. I had a conversation with my brother-in-law about five years ago. At that time he was principal of a middle school with a substantial Latino enrollment. He said that he had noticed that lots of Mexican immigrants moved back to Mexico when they had health problems. Health care was free for the poorest. en.wikipedia.org
