David,
You can take your rude behavior elsewhere as far as I'm concerned. You don't even know when you are totally out of line.

But what can you expect from a lawyer from Detroit!

Mr Joe TPRO has earned his respect.

That's overkill, you take his comments out of context of his personality. If you have seen his behavior, doe it still mean that much to you?

David your thin skin is showing. TokyoMex is an important contibutor
to this thread and to ask that he be removed from SI seem to me that
the punishment does not fit the crime. You obviosly feel that he
nas insulted you, but not in a vicious way. We are all fairly un-
known to each other regarding our respective backgrounds. You
should be comfortable with yours therefore ignore rather than get
upset.

>>As for market makers, they can short but at the end of the day, their position is flat.<<
This is not always the case. MMs often carry inventory both long and short overnight, often for weeks.

>>If you see a short position on a company, it is investors, not market makers.<<
This is not always the case either - particularly in non-marginable stocks which retail investors can not short.
