Very seriously rating spam, I was a PROFESSIONAL panner in BC. Do you know what a PROFESSIONAL panner is, rating spam? HE is a MAN who pans gold for a LIVING. Ok? Got that, rating spam? ok, at ease, rating spam. Now pick up your pan in your left hand, that's right, now eyes forward. put the other hand on the rim of the pan, dip it in water, and make rotating motions with the pan, tilting it very slightly away from you. How shake it well from side to side and tap it with the heel of your hand. Don't pour the sand over the rim. Let the water do more motion than the pan. Lift and separate, like a wonder bra.. not too much motion there spam. Now let a rotating vortex swirl of the water lift the lights out and over the pan until you get the material left down to a dixie cup size and it is nice and heavy. Try to retain the garnets in the pan, then you know you are doing a good job.

When we get to the last stage, called "pitching-up", then it is time for lesson 2. The gold tail.

Aten-HUT! As you were.
