Bob,

My question concerning these revenues arose out of a conversation with my accountant. In the contracting business I will get a contract for, let's say, 100K. I don't book anything until I actually bill or partial bill against that contract. If I were to demand a deposit then THAT would be deferred revenues until I had expenses to post with the revenues. The deferred revenues would be a liability until I incurred those expenses, much the same as expenses remain an asset until a corresponding invoice for those expenses is generated. I'm just curious if that is the case here, or are they booking installment payments or what? You posted the statement that I'm trying to understand....

SOFTWORKS has been able to build this deferred revenue as a result of our conservative revenue accounting for multi-year contracts.
