Sad, but very true.

Why is that inherently sad. Cannot doctors practice well either on salary or as small business owners? That choice is available in lots of professions and some people go one way, some people the other. Seems to me that whether a plumber has his own business or signs on as an employee of Mr. Plumber is mostly a matter of the temperament of the employee and that each is OK for the customer.
