I still don't know how anyone knows when the last month of someone's life starts before they're dead. It sounds good to say let's cut spending on that last month, but no one knows when that is .... and trying to implement that kind of rationing will inevitably mean causing deaths prematurely. BTW that the side arguing for health reform is pro-rationing and wants to lower the health coverage of more Americans than they want to extend coverage to completely erases their claims of having a moralistic motivation imo.
