Thank heavens someone had a camera, filmed the truth, and had the guts not to be intimidated by the RCMP. The findings will probably be a whitewash: that's what we always get from these "Inquiries". Beyond the event itself, the RCMP's attempts to cover up the facts and evade discovery of the truth have irreparably damaged its reputation - here, and overseas. Tasers have become the refuge of uniformed bullies and cowards. Sam Steele [ histori.ca ][ collectionscanada.gc.ca ] would have had nothing but contempt for such "policemen". Jim
