Peter Thanks very much for the reply I will look into tradewell. Lombard is my main account and ever since the merger with dean witter it has been going down hill - even on light days it is impossibly slow. one of the biggest problems with Lombard is poor executions, I have learned the hard way to never place a market order with them someone else had replied that they were able to get into datek using the backup servers, but I tried using all four of them on constant rotation that day and was never able to get more than a few quotes all morning I think i get pretty good executuions with PBS, but they lock out everytime it gets busy, and some of my orders have to be phone orders with them thanks gain Bob
