I was a shareholder , ugly reverse split ..... talk to Govil on phone answer PINKSHEETS is that way terrible. Ducon does not have patents for a puplic little branch company to borrow I will write a note to the SEC on that one FOR SURE Ducon rooted and still makes large industry steel fabricated polution control toilets huge precipitators ...... from my old DD had no patents for emission monitors or dust filters very much no proprietary products I have worked in the Industry precipiatators are what Ducon shows on their website ..... I referred to them as a toilet huge dust collector before the smoke stack from a boiler furnance ....... VERY OLD TECHNOLGY THAT SHOULd BE BANNED for ENVIROnment concerns

Off topic Sorry ! Ducon noted industry huge decline in North America alot of pollution control devices for Boiler furnance dust ash or gas etc. most environment concerned engineers would say no to boiler furnace technology Capstone Turbines or other clean sources much better capstoneturbine.com
