Pugs,

This may be an indication that DTC has run out of RMIL shares!!!! The last few shares may be at the TA office right now being printed. We may be very close to the squeeze!!!!

There is no chill at the DTC because of the TA change! It was lifted last Thursday. My cert request was printed Monday at the TA. Sounds to me like it is related to Waterhouse's account. If waterhouse's inventory is short the DTC will not forward the request to the TA until your request is covered.
