Did you even SEE the video? There were numerous laws broken, and there damned well is a RICO conspiracy charge in there somewhere (I've seen RICO applied to far, far less egregious situations).

As a CPA I was taught that if you had an intent to commit tax fraud you could be charged. There is no doubt, whatsoever, these people had the requisite intent. None at all.

I wouldn't doubt if there were a dozen or more laws broken in the course of that interview.
