Every expert said that if they went to a 'normal' BK they never would have emerged. Every expert? Nonsense. There were TONS of "experts" who have been highly critical of Obama finding this judge to ignore the bankruptcy code. In fact, no EXPERT I know of has approved of what was done. Only liberals seem to be okay with it. Experts recognize it has had, and will have, a chilling effect on capital formation and the debt markets. Nobody, NOBODY, who knew anything about the business believed it couldn't "come out" of a bankruptcy. You're making shit up. Again.
