I believe that most Americans would disagree with you.

Most Americans couldn't reason their way out of a paper bag.

To reach the conclusion of your "most Americans," you first have to overgeneralize from whole cloth that doctors who are small business owners love their work and doctors who get paid salaries don't.

Then you have to take a leap to infer that doctors who love their work are inherently competent and doctors who don't aren't.

Ergo by selecting a doctor who is a small business owner you are getting a competent doctor. That is an assault on reason.

So either those Americans would be challenged by the proverbial paper bag or they don't care if their doctors are competent, only that they are small business owners. Now that would be really dumb.

LOL. That's right up there with the notion that healthy living is righteous ergo it saves money.
