Because the tax cuts in question are always in an environment where there are no corresponding budget cuts. So it winds up as deficit spending. Which always boosts the economy.

Bullshit. The Left has, time and again, pointed to Clinton as an example of closing the deficit. And frankly, so did GWB (other than 9/11 and war-related costs). Yet, tax cuts fueled growth even though both of these guys were reducing deficit spending.

You can't have it both ways.
