Here's what I've been waiting for, Metro's ridership on Sat. was 437,624. Normal Sat the last couple of months on Sat has been 300-350,000. Remember Sat was the first game of the season for DC football teams, Catholic, Georgetown, Howard, Galludet ,etc. Reagan's funeral had like 900,000 Obama's thingy about 1.2 million (althought I think that was a work day). you don't get 1 million people with only 437,OOO riders, not to mention two other things were happening on the mall. wmata.com
