Clam: This does not impact recognition for core business. The deal was negotiated with E+Y's approval for the june q. It sounds to me like the accounting was reasonable and E+Y reversed. If true i would place most blame on E+Y and little on the company and none on goldman. I think the upside from FDC and others remain. The funny thing is this may add revenues to future quarters. i don't think this changes fundamentals or cash flow at all. TD
