$18.1mm and $.14.... Story is solidly in tact but no upside sucks. Everything in line with revenues $300k above estimates (trivial but at least its upside). Salomon says the stock deserves a forward PE 1/2 the revenue growth rate. Revenues just grew 40% but as fibre channel products start kicking in (Q4 a little and Q1 more) and if they sign up a few OEM's (they have hinted at 2 in the offing), revenue growth should accelerate to 45-50% over next few quarters. The stock trades at its IPO price, which is 28x 1997 EPS of $.54... 28x CY98 EPS of $.84 = $23.50...... Stock carries above average risk but it looks like a pretty good hold at these prices. Good luck team.
