If that doesn't work I hope you purchased Apple Care for the unit because if not the warranty is only 1 year and you may be past that already.

Of course I didn't purchase Apple Care and of course it's past the year warranty. It stayed HOT for a long, long time (good insulation I guess) but is almost room temp and still deal.

The freezer?
