"It's up to you to show why an ungrounded "arbitrary" moral system can or should be imposed on others and can function outside of yourself.

Your very question is PROOF that you consider the converse to be true: that moral systems conceived without relying on the demands of your God cannot function outside of oneself (whatever you mean by that).

You just don't get it. A "moral" action is freely chosen. Anything done under duress or force is not an act of moral choice but strictly of survival and safety. We are talking about how people choose to act in relation to others. There are ways of acting that are of general mutual benefit. There are ways of relating to others which avoid harm and attract benefit. Reality and reason and results sanctify these ways of behaving. No sanction is needed from imaginary gods. In the real world we work on any day of the week we wish to work on because working harms nobody. In the real world good people don't honor a tribal commandment from primitive times by committing murder against one another when the commandment is ignored. Rational and good people understand that most of the bible is extremely immoral--and while suitable behavior for pre-scientific and irrational and superstitious thugs--it is entirely disgusting, repugnant, and punishable behavior in any modern and civilized grouping of people.

You are incapable of explaining how murdering somebody for gathering sticks on the sabbath gives any credibility to those primitive ideas (allegedly coming from your God) as a moral code.
