You are saying that they (the DTC) doesn't have enough STREET certs to cover the requests from the TA? If so, how soon will they force the MM's to come up with some and start the squeeze?

To be certain what you're saying, this means they don't have enough available left to process a certificate? So the whole float is now in cert form?
