I don't know. Ask Mike.. he is the broker with mucho information. He did not tell (as far as I know) what a "chill" meant. He implied that it could be bad. IMO, if the DTC was out of shares to convert, that doesn't mean that the TA couldn't process anymore. We don't know how many they had requested before. They could be finishing their group and need more. Don't know, but people are working on it. Going to buy if the squeeze is on and the price dramatically increases? Eric

Buster, last week MK make reference to a 'chill' at the DTC but said it was about the 'mvph' certificate. What Pugs and Riley are talking about is the Whole float is put into certificate from. Now all the orders that haven't been filled can't be until the shorts start buying.

Buster's Question: Is this the same "Chill" that was on last week or is this a new "Chill"? Answer: Different chill. the one two weeks ago was the awaiting of the new TA to come online. The one now appears to be that there is no inventory of RMIL at DTC. IE, the float is locked up in NAME form. Still awaiting confirms from to other people in this matter. But from all avaible information. It does appear that DTC sent the last available shares to the TA. I believe the TA is still catching up with the backlog from the prior two weeks without a TA.
