Re. <<Currently about $6/share cash, correct?>> This is what I have before the secondary (from the Yahoo profile): 10.3 mill shares out, 3.97 cash/share They placed 2.75 mill plus 412K additional for total proceedings of $49 mill (not sure if this before or after underwriters's fees, etc). With the 49 number I get: (10.3*3.97 +49)/(10.3+2.75+0.415) or $6.67 cash/share, not including burn since the time when the 3.97 figure was released. $6/share is probably close enough. PB
