Doug,

RADAF is featured today in the Motley Fool if you would care to go take a look and it's up a hair on a down day.

BOSCF is at the bottom of the channel and ready to trend
again,

Doug,
BOSCF has certainly been acting strange the last few days:

Date Open Close High Low Volume
10/24/97: 5 5/8 5 27/32 5 15/16 5 5/8 182,800
10/27/97: 5 3/4gapdn 5 3/8dn 5 7/8dn 5 3/8dn 171,800 -6%
10/28/97: 5 1/4gapdn 5 7/16up 5 7/16dn 5 1/8dn 79,200 -54%
10/29/97: 5 3/8gapdn 5 3/8dn 5 7/16-- 5 1/4up 9,900 -88%

10/30/97: 5 1/4gapdn ----- 5 1/4dn 5 1/8dn 7,600 -23%
++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++
Summary:
1) Every day price has gapped down
2) Every day volume has decreased, and in last 3 days, volume
has all but dried up
3) trend of lower highs and lower lows
4) Price is down 10% over last 5 days, no rebound on 10/28,
instead a downtrend seems to be continuing.

Observations:
1) Volume hasn't been this low since 8/28/97. Price was at 4 1/4.
For the next week, volume increased, the stock tested higher
highs but closed lower, until a breakout on 9/9/97 with a move
to 4 25/32.

Almost the same thing happened from 7/29/97 to 8/8/97. Volume
dry up (on 7/29/97 it was less then 2,000!), a week of testing
new highs with a breakout on 8/8/97.

QUESTIONS:
1) Is what happening now fitting the same pattern?
2) What is the significance of this sort of price/volume pattern?
ie, what's going on???

3) Any other comments about the above stuff I mentioned would be
most welcome, ie, the fact that the stock has gapped down every
day, and also what does the EXTREMELY low volume mean?
The stock has dropped a lot just on a handful of trades.
Weird!

Thanks for any help you or anyone else can provide!!

-dave

Doug,

Is it time to sell CTII now? It's getting a little scarey! What do you think of NWCI now?

THX,
