Are our politicians so sensitive a few irate citizens make them feel threatened. Or are they more interested in shutting them up."] ------------ Oh, it's all about intimidation and shutting them up. They're not afraid of the crowds. There are uniformed police officers, as well as multiple undercover officers (always at least one with a video camera) at every Town Hall now. And usually at least one FBI agent is there, if any crowd in size is expected. And you are right, the only acts of violence so far that I know of, are the incident in California where the Obamanoid bit off the finger of a protester. And the incident where the black protester selling "Don't Tread On Me" flags was attacked and beaten by White SEIU Union thugs. Imagine how the mainstream media would have played the race card if that was reversed. Not to mention how they would have howled if Trace Adkins would have snatched the microphone out of Beyonce's hands. Or, if Maria Sharapova would have gotten in the face of a black judge and screamed: "I'm going to shove this ball up your @#%$& ass." Or, if a school bus load of white kids in St. Louis would have beat up a black kid, and cheered while it was being done. And why is "I have lust in my heart" and peanuts for balls... Jimmy Carter, playing the race card? No one paid any attention to anything Jimmy Carter's had to say for like 32 years, until today. Talk about desperation... And Black America is standing up and not buying it. Have you listened to talk radio over the last couple of days? Americans see what they're trying to do, and they're refusing to be divided as black vs. white. As ugly as the mainstream press is trying to make it, neither white, or black America is buying it. And maybe, just maybe... This will actually bring us together, instead of dividing us. But Jimmy Carter's despicable playing of the race card pales in comparison to the New York Times Maureen Dowd. As Maureen didn't just hear - "You lie."nytimes.com She and she alone, heard an additional unspoken word in the air, -- "You lie, boy.""_ _ _ _ " There's one word that comes to mind for Maureen Dowd, and it rhymes with what you do with the winning run on third, and less than two outs, with the pitcher at the plate. No apologies, as some things just need to be said. SOTB PS: Someone asked a couple of weeks ago what I meant by the "nuclear" race card? The "nuclear" race card is Obama's actual birth certificate. ...think about it.
