So I spent the next two years reading every great mind I could think of to see if I could understand what they were talking about, so I could figure out what it was they understood that I did not. Yeah shorty did that to. But he didn't go the existential route... instead it made him a Rush Limbaugh acolyte. I guess raw material matters to the end product. </sarcasm>

An impressive intellectual and spiritual journey Koan. Your journey is, however, not yet finished. All real wisdom and power are only found in Jesus Christ. Your journey has thus far opened your mind and heart to the reality of the human condition with all our sins and weaknesses. So the real question remains--how do you take position of your own castle (mind and interior life) and restore your full humanity? As long as Satan can push you around in your own castle with sin, false imaginations and evil temptations, you remain a slave to the master of darkness. Where is the power to take postion of your own house, guide your own thoughts, emotions and imagination in holiness and fill that house with total peace, joy, and love? Where is the wisdom to lead you to make the correction decisions--decisions that are in line with the will of the creator? Jesus is the source of all real power and wisdom. The Greeks(modern intellectuals/existentialists) still love to think of themselves as wise even as they continue trying to drive up one-way streets (against the will of God). The modern Jews (fundamentalist/Zionisst Christians) still like signs and miracles--but all power and wisdom are still found in Christ Jesus who gives us power to control our own houses and wisdom to activate His grace and engage the Holy Spirit in order to stay in control by right thoughts, actions and words. May the Lord continue to guide you on your journey.
