Totally agree, MJ, but the Dems want to pass ANYTHING that will completely destroy the current system, that it would be a major miracle if they just did as you said....

Congress should once again reject the current legislation and demand a year moratorium on the Federal Governments consideration of the medical system permitting the citizens to tell not their "sob stories" but their constructive ideas.
