That's where Dynasty is, and it's no coincidence that they [dmm and the govt both] start there, because the shuar people are strongly pro-mining, have a long history of artisanal mining themselves, understand mining, tend to like the idea, though they weren't too enthusiastic about labour relations laws under the incas and spanish, improvement must be sought there ... this attitude is not universal among LatAm indians, for some mining is against their religion, a position that is only strengthened by memory of being enslaved to enrich foreigners ... we'll see greenies stirring up the mud with such groups, for sure, meantime in Zamora and any similar provinces, outfits like dmm will be setting good examples of how beneficial modern mining can be
