All those solar panel factories were erected before Obama took office but after George W. Bush was elected. Elections have consequences. Right. And the Germans elected Merkel. Europe has come to recognize the supply side is the way to go and they are behaving accordingly. These changes take time, however. The election of a socialist run run America has provided a golden opportunity for Europe (and everyone else, as well).

Remember how the R's were laughing at Carter when he urged conservation and wore the sweater? And the 'revered Reagan' - I believe he removed the solar panels from the White House roof that Carter had installed....
