Not really, fruit flies can just be a sign you're responsibly composting your vegetable waste, we get them all the time, no big deal, don't pass on any pathogens as they don't prey on animalia, actually inhaled they are probably cheap and nutritious protein, and the taste simply the price you pay for not living in some sterile gyproc box without a life

Btw, some here don't much like Lateegra ... and i'd be careful asking why, if was you

You sir are a snob . Bet yah got the family crest mounted on the wall . No doubt your parents were the ones that sicked their dogs on me when as a kid I tried to pick up the fallen fruit off your boulivard . As a child all my fruit came from the special bin at the local store or abandoned farms and fruit that dropped on the ground . Fruit flys came with the territory . Open my lunch bag and out they would come . Such things make life interesting .
Sure beats having the help peel your grapes and pre chew your food .
